Site Work and Remediation

Performed Soil Remediation and Site work at the Miami‐Dade Medical Campus. Our scope included soil remediation of 20,000 tons of non‐hazardous contaminated soil including excavation, hauling, stockpiling, and disposal. As part of the soil remediation area, we conducted asphalt and structural removal activities. We also set up a complete erosion and dust control system. CEI also furnished and installed perforated pipe and associated storm water collection system. We completed all onsite grade installation of all gutter system, and the drainage interceptor tank system.

This scope is part the overall project to Design and Build a parking garage at the Medical Campus. The parking garage will be a 6 story precast concrete structure, housing 1,550 parking spaces and a footprint of approximately 90,000SF.
