CEI was retained by the Florida Department of Transportation to oversee the installation of approximately 5,200 feet 48-inch reinforced concrete drainage pipe and associated laterals and approximately 2,000 feet of 24-inch water main through an ammonia-contaminated area, adjacent to a former Environmental Protection Agency Superfund site. Macwrap was applied to the pipe joints to ensure the storm drain pipe seal. In addition, oversaw the excavation and disposal of approximately 26,000 tons of buried solid waste debris which was removed in conjunction with the roadway expansion project.
