Christine Franklin, President of CEI attended a Government Contractor Certification Classes conducted by the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP). The classes were sponsored by the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority, MDX, to assist Small Business in gaining a full understanding of the Government’s purchasing process so that they could be more responsive and compete on a level playing field. Christine was lucky to be selected in the first group of participants for this program.
